My name is Virginia, a.k.a. Vicky, I have been employed as a medical assistant for 10 years working in our communities, but when you love what you do and are passionate about it, it is not just a job. It is more. Until 4 years ago, I found my Yehowa family, and I have never looked back and always pushed forward, growing and learning to become better for our patient care. As a mother of five children and the struggles of everyday life, I can sometimes feel physically, mentally, and emotionally tired. Still, the thought of inspiring my kids and myself keeps me going. With that, I have learned to understand better our patients, to which I identify, but where they can certainly know that every time they come into our clinic, they will be greeted with a friendly smile.

My name is Maria Plancarte and I joined Yehowa Medical Services team in 2017 as a Medical Assistant. With hard work, dedication and help from my amazing superiors, I was able to rise through the ranks to become one of the managers to help navigate and strive for the best patient care possible. My professional experience as a clinical manager has allowed me to assist the organization in improving the quality of care to my community and stay committed and motivated to providing outstanding customer service and experience for all.
